Things have been a bit quiet for me as of late, well at least on the blogging front. It was kinda hard to try and blog during the end game of wedding week which also turned into adoption week as well and then throw in my Rez Day into the mix but now I have sometime to reflect and sometime once more to begin writing once again. When Wedding Planning Goes Right....

When my Fiance and I got engaged, I already knew what to expect given that I have been down this road once before within SL. So came the time to beginning shopping around for companies who do weddings with SL for a price that we could afford and not feel as if we could have gotten more elsewhere. At times planning a wedding in SL can be pretty stressful and can feel more time consuming that a RL wedding but I found that with Simply Bliss Weddings it's made effortless and quite stress free. There are 5 different wedding packages to choose from ranging from 1000L up to 12000L clearly stating what comes with so you can see the differences; 9 different venues to pick from and a staff that goes above and beyond to meet your needs.

We ended up chose the Midsummer Night Dream Venue, if you are planning on getting married anytime soon I would recommend ging for a visit to see the breath taking venues that this company creates.

Each package save for the lowest one comes with an included Engagement Photo which is taken by JaseyRae Petrovic for use in your wedding invitations. Let me just say that her work is simply amazing, take the time out to visit her Flickr or her personal blog - Ruffles & Frills.

I look forward to see how all their hard work turns out. I know that it's a day that I will never forget, one that I will never wish to ever forget.

How I Spent My Valentines Day

I hope that everyone enjoyed their Valentines Day, I know that I did. I knew that my Fiance had work late on V-Day in RL, so I planned something for when the clock hit 12am in SL. I decided to keep things simple and surprise him with a little picnic set up in the privacy of our own home, along with a lovely gift and second surprise as well..

It was wonderful to have time to ourselves and simply just talk about anything and everything that came up. Sometimes planning an SL wedding can be quite stressful or you forget to connect with your partner due to having things to do or your friends that you wish to catch up with. We've always been pretty good about having that alone time; it doesn't need to be 24/7 time together as we are each our own people with our lives with SL.

Our time together this day has made me more than excited for next weekend; if you are not among our friends, you'll know soon enough when I write up that blog. I created this blog a long time ago to post my daily goings on in SL and many adventures. Sadly the beginning of my journey didn't turn out how I would have wished for it it too but now I am back and better than ever. So I have decided to finally use this blog on a day that is most fitting Valentines Day!

My Fiance and I want to wish you all a wonderful Valentines Day! Enjoy yourselves; there are many events going on this weekend even Anti-Valentines Day ones as well, something for everyone. Don't sit and wallow, get out there and enjoy the music, you never know what can happen....

Throwback Thursday Bander Style!

I love listening to music, alone or with friends. Sometimes in SL you go somewhere alone and end up running into everyone and their mother; literally. That was one of those nights for me but I had so much fun. Bander makes it so hard for you to not want to dance the night away while forgetting all of your worries.
